I’m learning to meet myself in the moment.
Which mostly means quietly listening to my body.
all with a grateful heart.
Remember my loves, everyone’s process is different. No need to compete or compare.
I’ll do me, you do you. Ultimately, we’re all in this together 💕

Really amazing live music @brasilartscafe tomorrow night with @rebeccakleinmannmusic & @fabianodonascimentomusic
I recently got to spend a long weekend with relational gestalt master teacher and wise woman Dorothy Charles. One of my favorite takeaways: ”It’s a process, not a decision.” When and how she said it nailed me;
How many times have I tried to grip control or beat myself up for a process I was going through by telling myself that it was just a decision? Or, in other words, by making the process wrong?
I’ve definitely done this in an attempt at “taking responsibility” or “empowerment”. Truth is - I don’t always have that much choice or control.
Yes, I make decisions moment to moment, and when I’m conscious enough I get to choose how I respond to life. However, the outcomes I desire most are rarely arrived at by one decision.
Life has a magic way of guiding me through the twists and turns of discovery - growing, stretching and strengthening me every step of the way.
I believe that a process is a series of decisions, intentions, actions, and experiences. It’s not usually linear, often unpredictable, and cosmically, beautifully, brilliantly designed for my highest learning.
Sometimes I decide what or how I want things to go, a change I want to make, and that decision is only the first step, opening the door to the process of becoming.
So, reminder (once again) to you, but mostly me
IT’S A PROCESS.. trust it. #staypresent

“It take two to know one.” We are relational beings. We need each other to know ourselves. We know ourselves through each other.
To know myself well and be able to authentically, intimately, vulnerably connect with the people I love is the greatest gift. It’s what I’m here for.
What are you here for?
"For every kid lost in a school shooting, there's a lonely teddy bear." More Than I Can Bear tells the story of a school shooting from the perspective of a teddy bear.
It is the lead off for a movement called The Teddy Bear Campaign.
This independent artist led campaigns mission is to DEMAND the US Congress pass Universal Background Checks.
We start with the music video, the climax is the delivery of 7,782 Teddy Bears to the US Capital to reveal to congress and the world the magnitude of America's gun violence epidemic.
Join the movement.

Each day that I choose kindness towards myself is a day that I grow more unshakably centered and resilient.
I used to move from self criticism. Always striving to be better - not for the pure satisfying sake of expression and expansion itself, but to hustle for my worth. My sense of personal value was tangled up with my ability to perform.
I constantly worked hard (externally and internally) to earn love and approval within and around me, and it just didn’t work. It was an exhausting wheel of never enough. Living in my own thought cycles was a nightmare.
I don’t play that game of perfectionism and control anymore.
Standing in my solid self means I now know I’m inherently, irrevocably, unconditionally worthy of love.
I self soothe and self validate, I source strength from deep within. I’m anchored in my truth. Rooted in love. Authentically expressed. And I create life and relationships from there.
If you’re a woman on that journey please know that you don’t have to do it alone. There’s so much support available. Message me - I’ve got you 💕

We do our inner work not only for ourselves but for each other and the collective.
As I heal, my family heals. And vice versa.
I’ve seen this happen again and again. That as I break through patterns and resolve traumas, it impacts and influences my family members, opening doors for their healing as well - even when I’m not sharing my process with them verbally or explicitly. Because we are connected, the ripple effect is tangible.
And as my siblings do their work to heal and evolve, so it catalyzes my growth and expansion.
Together we continue to find depths of connection and intimacy that I didn’t know were possible for us. As vulnerable and uncomfortable as it can be at times, it’s beautiful and worth it.
So grateful to share this life with you @mab152 and @stephanieshearer ♥️ #weareallconnected #wehealtogether #oneearthonefamily
As women, most of us received very little education about our bodies.
For many of us our monthly cycles are painful and confusing, fertility a total mystery, and hormones are overwhelming to grasp.
We're also in a time when gynecology prescribes birth control for almost everybody as a solution to a vast range of symptoms. Our doctors (often aggressively) push it on us as the only option, despite the fact that many of us experience terrible side affects and it has us feeling out of touch and out of sync with ourselves.
Ashe and I are offering this free community class to demystify some basics of menstruation and fertility, to empower you with knowledge and options, and to share our own personal stories of healing.
If you're struggling with painful PMS, periods, pills and IUDs, you don't have to. In fact, it's critical to your health and wellbeing that you don't. Bring a sister and we'll see you there 💕

There’s extra cuteness in my morning practice lately.
He needs a name. Any ideas?
